Contract Adjudication

Kenneth Sudol & Associates, Inc offers Contract Adjudication services to our customers who must adjudicate background investigations on their employees for security and/or suitability/trustworthiness determinations.

Does your agency's Adjudication Facility, Security Office or Human Resource Office:

q       Adjudicate the results of background investigations on civilian, military or
contractor employees for security clearances or to occupy sensitive positions?
q       Adjudicate the results of background investigations on civilian, military or
contractor employees for suitability to occupy a position of trust not requiring a
security clearance?
q       Adjudicate information on federal forms (OF 612, OF 306, SF 171, SF 85,
SF 85P, SF 86, or Resume, etc.) to determine if an individual is suitable for
Federal Employment before an investigation is initiated?

If the answer to these questions is YES, then we may be able to help you.
